Failsafe Payments integrates CertoConnect with WebMoney Transfer
Cyprus-based Merchant Service Provider (MSP) Failsafe Payments has integrated its payments service CertoConnect with global payment system WebMoney Transfer, a Russian online payment system.
Under the terms of the agreement, CertoConnect merchants will be able to provide their buyers with WebMoney E-Wallet as a new online payment method.
galabingo.com adds PayPal as payment option
UK-based bingo operator galabingo.com has added PayPal as an online payment method.
As a result, galabingo.com players will be able to log into their PayPal accounts via the bingo website. Consumers will use their PayPal account to deposit bets, collect winnings and manage their money. The new payment method is set to become available on March 2012.
Ingk Labs acquires payment platform Orca, creates Payz
Ingk Labs, a US-based IP accelerator, has bought payment platform Orca, which will be used to power a new online payment services provider called Payz.
The financial terms of the acquisition have not been disclosed. As part of the deal, Ingk Labs will now take over Orca’s IP and other assets and will use them as the basis for Payz, a payment, loyalty and analytics platform which will include support for gift cards. Additionally, Payz will provide an API service which allows merchants without a merchant account or payment gateway to create a single unified commerce system. As a result, merchants will be able to build their own payment experience and keep transactions onsite.
